Head Chef, Guglielmo Iacovo has established a reputation as a creator of outstanding Italian food. Importing many ingredients direct from Italy, he prepared dishes simply but with flair. The menu changes seasonally and our dishes are mainly prepared from ingredients that are brought from Italy. We have a wide range of starters, as well as different risotto made to order. Their pastas are a specialty and include fresh egg tagliatelle and smoked salmon and crayfish girasole.
